Two Engine
Test Room simulations to analyze production capabilities and choke
points along an indexing conveyor in the Engine Test Room.
The simulation included adjustable variables for multiple operators,
4 different engine models, overhead gantry cranes (with interference
zones) and random retesting & downtime. Settings were
automatically loaded into the program using spreadsheets.
Simulation results were automatically exported into a spreadsheet
while the simulation was running.
